Hi, I use allulose in almost all of my baked goods. It bakes and tastes very much like sugar, but is a sugar alcohol, so no net carbs. It is only 70% as sweet as sugar so you may need slightly more, but I always start with the amount of sweetener called for, and add more if needed. And it has NO cooling effect! Jame Khatri
